I finally figured it out. So for those who are blocked, here's the solution:
Roxanne: Go to the kitchen and find the recipe, then go to the mall and talk to Bubz complete the recipe and deliver the cookies. She will give you the solution.
Bubz: Go to the TV room and wait, after the sprite commercial there will be an ad for what she want.
Colleen: She can be foud in the arcade, click on the coin machine and then on the claw machine. There will be a mini-game.
Aimimay: Go talk to Alan in the ballon animal section, then go click on the soda dispenser in the Cinema. After he will tell you what to buy.
Vix: She has a necklace on her character sheet go buy the ring corresponding to the colour of the jewelry in the jewelry store.
Hierarchy: Go to the house and find the computer. Inside there is the profile of many people. Click on the Hierarchy's profile and buy the game he want.
Alan: At the entrance of the mall to the left, you will find Aimimay she will give a hint for what he want. Good luck ;p.
Redwood. In the grocery store you will find a magazine shelf, click on popular automotive and buy the product advertised.
Shutaro: While in the grocery store go buy the sandwich and then go to the park. On the right you will find an hungry racoon. Give her the sandwich and she will tell you he gave a piece of clothes earlier. Buy him that.
Nero: there is an ad for booze in the entrance of the park, buy him that.

You guys gotta watch out for the hints in the game cause it's driving me nuts to get the perfect score! Each gameplay you start, the hints CHANGES. I love how it randomized too and I find this a really unique game— The real frustration finding the perfect gifts are crazy lmao
I have no clue what to get Hierarchy and Bubz. And I'm pretty sure that I got Alan the right gift but it makes a different sound from everyone else so I'm not sure.
Alan want different gifts each time you played the game. You just need to talk to AimiMay and she'll give you hints on what to get for Alan.
For Hierarchy, trust me, at the house, go to right and click on the computer. Then click profile on top left and click Hierarchy's profile on bottom right. There you can see his one and only wish list.
I'm unsure for Bubz so that's that. There is Alan's lil quest to complete. But the thing is that, idk where the heck am I going to find that person to help and give hint on what gift to get for AimiMay.
